Home improvement industry in home selling tip.

In this video, I share a question I used to like asking a lot during the initial discovery phase of the remodeling in home sales call.

Discovering what makes your customers tic is important. Asking questions to uncover needs & wants, buying values, and their motivations are crucial to closing the sale.

This question helped me associate to my customers positive past experiences while uncovering important negative experiences I could distance myself from and help to erase doubt.
