TIP 1:

RECORD A MOTIVATIONAL VOICE NOTE AND SET IT AS AN ALARM (00:26)

Motivation is something we all struggle with from time to time. Be kind to yourself by noting why you want to get up and what you want to do when you do.

We all appreciate being reminded of our worth, why wait for someone else to do it? Write yourself a letter or record a video of you telling yourself just how valued you are. Be sure to celebrate your goals, achievements and who you are.
